Use of Service

ScoutClubs provides a directory of International Harvester Scout clubs, events, groups, marketplaces, and service providers. You may use our service to browse listings, submit your own listings (with approval), and connect with the Scout community.

User Accounts

Some features of our service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

When you submit listings or other content to ScoutClubs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate any third party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or collect data without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoutClubs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted listings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutClubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
